Why are they so silent?
My roses…
Why there is no sound left where one I heard your laughter?
Everytime I see them… my sweet silent roses, I remember hoe I used to smile everytime I saw you by their side, taking care of them with such passion
That same passion with which you use to take care of me
But… no more can my roses whisper that love you gave to me, or to them
No longer can they bloom by the simple sound of your voice
So silent… just so damn silent they are now
As quiet as I am now empty without your love, without the light of your eyes that guide me no more
Perhaps that’s why I feel so alone now…
No longer can those roses make me smile like they used to
´Cause the simple sight of them reminds me of you…
And they are so silent now, without you
They are as lonely as I am without your presence, without your love
But they still continue to grow, even without you, even if weaker than they used to grow when you were here to take care of them… to take care of me
My sweet silent roses are, unlike me, still strong enough to continue their life just with the memory of you…
But I am not…
