No living soul has ever crossed these troubled waters and lived to tell the story…
I do not let them…
This is my sea…
The sea of death…
Once, not that long ago, I have perished on these waters…
And since that day I’ve been the mistress of those who, like me, died in this place…
I’m the one that takes care of their floating tombs…
I’m not the keeper of their souls…
No…
I’m only the one that looks over their eternal graves…
I can’t let anyone destroy these gravestones…
For they are what’s left of those who died ahead of their time…
For they are what’s left of those who can’t have a single rose on their grave or a single tear to mourn them…
This is my eternal graveyard…
The place where I’ve died without deserving such fate…
Maybe that’s why no living soul crosses these waters and lives to tell its story…
Maybe the reason why I don’t let that happen is my rage…
All I ever wanted was someone to mourn my death…
But never will I fulfil that dream of mine…
So, all I can do is look for the ones that like me lost their lives in these waters…
From the sea of death I arise…
As the mistress of all this lonely graves…
As the mistress of those who died alone and in death will remain alone…
The death mistress…"
